Static mixers are low-energy, efficient equipment used for a wide range of applications in mixing two or more liquid solutions with different viscosities and line pressures or in mixing gas with liquid. MinTech Company is the first manufacturer of these mixers in Iran and a leader in the design, technical development, and construction of this equipment.

Static mixers are simple and highly efficient devices for various applications. The primary requirement of a static mixer is a continuous flow of materials. Static mixers receive their required energy from the fluid and perform the desired process. All static mixers consume fluid energy and create a pressure drop within the mixer. The type of mixer, the number of installed elements, and the Reynolds number of the fluid are crucial and vital parameters affecting the performance and pressure drop of the fluid.

Two adjustable parameters in a static mixer are size and the number of elements. Typically, the size of the static mixer is determined by the buyer, while only the number of elements is determined by us. This is also dependent on the Reynolds number of the fluid; a higher number of elements usually yields better results.

This company has the capability to design and manufacture static mixer elements made from fiberglass composites or stainless steel casting, ranging in size from 2 to 6 inches.
